Xine: Installation

Standard ./configure, make, make install method
Install Xine-lib followed by Xine-ui
Add /usr/local/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf and run 'ldconfig' if Xine isn't seen by Xine-ui
Follow the same procedure for the Captain CSS plugin found linked to on the Xine web site
Create links for /dev/dvd and /dev/rdvd, setting up DVD raw access if desired
