RPM Install Switches

• Commonly used switches for RPM installs: --test just test what would happen, but don't actually do anything

• Less commonly used switches, more "dangerous", but sometimes necessary: --nodeps ignore dependencies and proceed --force just do it!! (at your own peril)

• The use of the "dangerous" switches may result in software that does not work after installation!
