You do not edit the first line; lifelines does that for you.
Note that the surname is bracketed with slashes. The death lines were
dd'd :-).
The SOUR is for source of the information.
You can add other lines like those MARR and SPOUSE lines now or by
editing later.
Once the entries are made, you (in vi) enter :wq and you exit this
screen and are asked
Do you really want to add this person to the database
enter y (yes) or n (no):
and you pick "y" which brings you to the Lifelines basic screen on the next slide.
